Was there last Friday night and service was terrible. We were a group of 5 that got seated and forgotten about for almost 20 minutes. Once the server finally remembered about us we proceeded to order without even being offered water or drinks. After the food came our server forgot about us again. Not once did she check on us to see how we were doing, offer us a refill or anything. We had to pull her aside while she walked by to get out bill. Lastly, the food for some reason was mediocre. Everyone on the table ordered flavored wings but when they came they felt like plain wings considering they barely had any sauce on it. Our server also informed us after we ordered that they had no chips, carrots or celery. This is a place to usually watch a sports game with good food but for some reason this night our experience was brutal.

We came on game night, group of 5. Service was spotty, seemed she was just in her own little world. Do not get the sharing platter, the "nachos" that are included in it are like tortilla chips (not baked) with lettuce and tomato and marinara sauce? it definitely wasn't salsa. So pretty much... salad with a few chips tossed in. No thanks.

Best wing spot around .. only place that lets you order takeout half price wings on Tuesday or Thursdays! Friendly staff and the manager Chris Anderson is awesome! Great place for wings!

Great place and amazing prices before 6pm. Staff is nice but there's room for customer service improvement though. I'll definitely go back.

With so many places to go for wings. Buffalo wild wings really differentiates itself from the rest because of the service. Our server Sam did just that. Super attentive, courteous, friendly. Also appy hour! 9-close! $5 pint and $5 loaded nachos. Tuesday wings for .75 cents!
