Just because the lights are on and the sign says 24 hours doesn't mean you should expect them to be serving food. On multiple occasions, including just now, they turn customers away around 1:15am because they are rebooting thier systems. I don't know why they need to completely stop operations for this but maybe corporate can provide them with a system that doesn't completely shut the restaurant down.

It's McDonald's.. kinda cookie cutter however; my rating is based on the fact that the white girl with the glasses who was carrying two blonde mcflurries outside literally tried to shove me out of her way and the manager (car)michael?.. watched it happen and when I made a comment he just smiled at me.. only reason that I gave it two stars is Freddy was cleaning everything up quickly because every person in line was a slob and just dropping their stuff on the floor.. Freddy even cleaned where the condiments were extremely thoroughly as someone squirted ketchup every where.. staff needs an attitude adjustment

It is the only McDonalds at Heartland Mall. It is a fair size restaurant. The crew is good. They friendly and helpful. Service is usually quick, unless you happen to be there during the lunch rush. The area big enough to offer seating almost all the time.

I used to visit this McDonalds to get my coffee daily - have now stopped. Service at the drive through is always very slow. Also very poor service in the restaurant - staff are not helpful. Recently I used the McDonalds app to place a mobile order prior to arriving. I placed the order about 10 mins before I got there. When i pulled into the mobile order parking spot, the app told me I had to either go inside to pick-up or go into the drive-thru line. When i went into the restaurant, the staff I asked for assistance told me she didn't know how to use the app and couldn't help me. She didn't seem interested in finding anyone who could help me or improving my experience. After ordering from this app, I then had to stand in the line-up for the cashier just to pay for my coffee & breakfast. I also asked the cashier if she could assist me - again she seemed completely uninterested in helping me and simply stated she didn't know how to use the app. I even asked if anyone there could help me and was told no. I even asked why I had to stand in line for the cashier to pay since I placed my order on the app and even included my payment info there. I was very disappointed by the lack of customer service. This app that is supposed to make my experience faster and smoother did not work at all. Very disappointing. Needless to say I ended up being late for work that day...
