This amazing hot spot of ethnic flavour, houses a very entertaining kitchen. The staff can be very attentive and will pry your damn-near, half-full plates from your shaking hands, before asking if you enjoyed your meal, or the whiff you got of it. I noticed that a lot of old people really seemed to be having fun, though I don’t think they were actually fed. They had newspapers & tea. I did enjoy my view of the bathrooms and the herd of children that made their way there to wash the sticky off their hands. I know this, because the lineup made it past my table. I also had a run in, with an older woman in-line, who attempted to swipe my wallet. Let me reiterate, the food was great, try the mango lassi or milkshake, it’ll help curb the shakes, that you’ll develop, whilst waiting, to be served. Ask for it, while waiting in the lobby! If you survive the wait & make it to a seat, the food will be well worth it, though that depends on your level of starvation. If you order seconds, expect to have it within 1-2 business days. Make sure you book off the whole-night, this is quite the ordeal. Dinner & a Show! Hope you have a pleasant experience.

Three strikes for this restaurant. The service is terrible. They don’t seem to understand the concept of an allergy. My husband has an allergy to coriander and despite telling the server about it, our appetizer came garnished with a mint and coriander chutney. The server was really reluctant to take the food back to the kitchen and didn’t even bother apologizing for her error. She didn’t seem to understand why we were sending the food back. This is not the first time this has happened. As for the rest of the meal, the food wasn’t that great and we had to wait for 45 minutes to get this mediocre meal. One of the servers even acknowledged that we had to wait for a long time for our meal but again no apology was offered. When the food finally came, one dish was missing. We brought it to the server’s attention and she didn’t even remember that we had ordered it. We will NOT be going back.

Incredibly slow service and the kitchen took 45 minutes to prepare two curries and two naans. It was the same all around for all other patrons around us. It was frustrating to come into a restaurant where the severs hounded us to order before we had barely been seated - only to wait for a long time for the food to arrive.

Great food, we have been visiting this place for most of our family events and the quality has been great. It’s always super packed over the weekends so hard to get reservations.
