Food is average, takes a lot of time for your order to arrive. The lady at the counter is very rude (for no reason). I just asked if I could taste the sweet since I was undecided what to buy, but she rudely told me "no tasting, everything is fresh". Upon asking when it was prepared, she says(in a rude tone) "3 days ago". How the hell something that's prepared 3 days ago is fresh?? If they only work on their staff at the front desk I think they can do a lot better.. It looked like none of the kitchen staff liked the front desk lady too (and that could be the reason for order delays?).

Expected good quality and tasty sweets from this place after going with the reviews. But I had a bad experience when I went to buy Diwali sweets. The lady over the counter was rude and giving any description of the varieties.

I don't how can there be a place like this. Rude lady at the counter. Don't know how to greet and talk or take order. Better stay away from this place. Food is not even worth looking you can see the hair in food. It not one star there is no star for anything. Too bad experience.

I found a hair in my food, this is discussing. I usually enjoy the food but when theres hair in the rice it makes me want to vomit. The kitchen staff should be wearing hair nets and hats. If your arms have hair you should be wearing a long sleeve. Your lucky i'm not going to health Canada about this.
