There’s construction happening next door is most likely hurting this business and it can get loud in there.... however... i must say that of the wild wings I’ve been to (in Toronto) I’ve had the best service here, not because the restaurant was empty but the server, Jillian (spelling??) went above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable. She was super pleasant and accommodating. I had impromptu family lunch here.. my sister is on a paleo diet and the server made sure that the food she served was up to par with my sister’s dietary requirements with a genuine smile on her face. Thank you. This plane is lucky to have employees like you!

the kitchen staff clearly did not know what they were doing. Wings came out burnt (TWICE) and the burger came out uncooked, not warm at all. The management, was made aware by the waitress and they refused to discount any items and they refused to come to the table to even talk to us. The waitress even told us that the cook asked her if the burger was cooked yet after he proceeded to make a new one. On the plus side, The waitress was really amazing, she went above and beyond to get us a discount on our final bill and was extremely empathetic.

Failed to give utensils with the food, messed up the orders and failed to acknowledge it. Horrible service and horrible management. The owners have their daughter trying to run the place and she’s doing a terrible job at it. Strongly recommend not coming to this location.

It was not my greatest experience. I went out for drinks and was satisfied but when it comes to food I would stay away! Forget about using the washrooms, they dont seem to care about them that much. The place doesn't look fully clean. The staff is okay not the best service and if you complain it's just a nightmare. I wouldn't recommend this place to a friend...

Came to this location to watch the Raptors game with a few friends. The service was exemplary and the wings came out great. Will definitely come back in the future.
