This was the worst experience I’ve ever had here. In the past it has been alright, although, once there was a circumstance where the entire establishment was closed due to a rodent problem it seemed... anyways I decided to try again after being turned away due to this problem. Nobody met me at the door: I was left here for 15 minutes before talking to a waitress who told me to wait until a hostess served me. Another 10 minutes passed, I went to the bar. When an employee told me that a party had cancelled on this Tuesday night, and I’d have to wait even longer to be served ( even a glass of water), I finally chose to simply leave. Very horrible service overall. It was just a Tuesday night, i mean... come on, so many tables, but not one server available to help me? What a joke.

John was our server and I've literally never had more fun at a restaurant - he was so kind and sweet and super accommodating. I have a lot of allergies and it was nice that he was so knowledgeable and actually gave suggestions of what I could eat because that doesn't happen often. The food was good but the service really put it over the top - he deserves a raise

EDIT! Apparently they have new management and I had a much better experience recently. Our server, Annabelle (I believe) was awesome - fast, friendly, attentive! The food was also good. So glad they changed management and got rid of some of the old staff. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Ripped pants, lipstick on glasses and unreasonably long waits!!! My boyfriend and I ate here for dinner after coming home from the airport from vacation. It was early for dinner so the restaurant was almost empty. We were seated on the bar side in a booth. The waitress seemed to be serving us and 2 other tables but despite her almost empty section our service took FOREVER. She waited 10 minutes to even come say Hi and take our drink orders. When we finally received our waters another 10 minutes later my glass had LIPSTICK marks on it - EW! More waiting and finally about 20 minutes later we had our bread and my new water. While waiting I got up to use the washroom only to feel a CUT ON MY LEG….I looked down and saw that there was an old NAIL STICKING OUT FROM THE BOOTH that CUT MY PANTS and my leg. I was outraged at this point and when the waitress FINALLY come back over I explained what happened very politely. She was somewhat apologetic and offered to tell the manager. By the time we were done our entire meal the manager had still not come over so I inquired with our waitress. She said "Oh, yea..well the manager said you can have $10 off if you want?.." WHAT - so the manager doesn't even the decency to come over and apologize herself and offer us something more than $10 off when I now have to buy new pants. Besides the fact that I was horribly inconvenient this is just DANGEROUS. If a child had been sitting where I was they could have seriously cut themselves. I really doubt they even fixed the nail as no one seemed to care at all. HORRENDOUS SERVICE AND I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND ADVISE YOU TO STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!

Dining here the other day was excellent! Server took my order promptly and returned immediately with my drink order. There was this one cook named Zach I think that really made the difference! My food was amazing and tasted as close as I can remember to eating in Italy! Loved it! P.S. Zach deserves a raise! Incredible food!

Food was average. The pizza was standard. The salad was all iceberg lettuce with 3 tomatoes and 3 olives. The server kept rushing me to make a choice and then brought my bill to rush me out when I wanted to take my time. The bar area where I was sitting was empty so they didn't need the spot. This place used to be good. Not so much anymore. Still. An ok good experience if you want to grab something quick..
