Great new location however short on parking and the wait time after we ordered our food was ridiculous. Group of 10 arrived at 6:30pm, order by 6:50pm and food didn't arrive till 8:20pm. When it did arrive, the wings were cold and $16 burger I ordered had processed kraft singles on it when the menu stated 'sharp cheddar'. To be fair, the manager reduced all of the food portion on our bills by 50% and brought me another burger (without cheese, guess they didn't have real cheddar) and coffee and dessert plates on the house. Good on them for trying to make it right. Perhaps they are just working out some corks and settling in to the new location.

I've been a loyal customer since The Firehall first opened it's doors. The atmosphere and nostalgic feeling it provides is truly second to none. The service is consistently excellent, no matter who takes your order and the food is always delicious. The Firehall has always had the best wings I've ever had and even now that I've moved away to Ottawa I still stop in whenever I am in town for a bite to eat. The Flip for your Fish Fridays feature is also a longtime favourite, especially as a winner! Keep it up and here's to many, many more successful years!

Good food, service at the table was nice and prompt for our party of 8. Cool atmosphere. Was only unimpressed with not being acknowledged for 15 minutes at the front. We had a reservation, and when I went up to the desk to notify them we had arrived, I was completely ignored by the 2 men standing there. I understand they were doing something, but one of them could have acknowledged me and asked for my patience while they finished up. Oh well.

I have been going to the old Firehall for years with a group of friends. Since the opening of the new location I have been there 4 times and the first time 1 waited 1hr 20min for the meal they forgot to make. 2nd time the fella I bought his hamburger was black. He ate it without complaining. 3rd time the service was 45min wait for food. So I gave it one more try and now that is it. 4 times in 4 weeks. I'll eat at restaurants that will service me better. I recommend ZERO STARS. I've worked in restaurants for years.

Great new location, complete with new decor and busy for a Sunday evening. We made reservations, were promptly seated, with drinks arriving shortly after. Then it was a waiting game! Our server Delaney came around a few times to let us know the kitchen was backed up. She was really good, given that much of this is beyond her control. Several other tables also had a long wait, with one table of four walking out just before our food arrived. Our food arrived after a 90 minute wait! An unexpected and unfortunate investment in our time and some really hungry kids later! There seemed to be a disconnect with the kitchen, turning what was supposed to be a pleasant Sunday dinner into a waiting game. Sadly, when the food arrived it was all cold. Kids still loved the pizza though. I asked for the manager on duty (Taylor) to come over and gave her our feedback as I genuinely would like to see improvement. She was great by the way. I'm rooting for the Firehall, however will be hesitant to invest in another "try" in the next little while.
