I ordered food from Pic-a-Deli through Skip the Dishes. As part of the order I selected 5 bottles of Coke. I caught the mistake with the delivery guy there and told him. His answer was that there is no difference between Pepsi and Coke and so he wasn't going to do anything about it as he doesn't get paid to do returns. He suggested I call the restaurant. I called the restaurant; the lady who answered told me that Pick-a-Deli isn't responsible for getting the order correct and suggested I call Skip the Dishes. When I asked her why wouldn't she/the restaurant call the Skip the Dishes to deal with their mistake rather than me her answer was, "Buddy, we don't have the resources to call them everytime there is wrong order". Probably the worst answer and worst customer service ever. And referring to me, her restaurant's customer, as "Buddy" just makes me think some trailer trash missing tooth yokel is making my food. I will not use Skip the Dishes again nor will I order from Pic-a-Deli again. Horrible service from both.

The place is a dump. Furniture is dirty and extremely tired. Mainly collects low level bottom feeding people. Servers are amateurs. Dont bother with this place as many better places in Oakville.
