Price is quite good. But food quality is nothing special. Kind of sub par for this type of food. Service wasn't great. We had to ask for cutlery for our young son, and they only cleared some of the plates when we finished the main course, but not all of them. We aren't planning on returning.

This is a superb buffet for both vegetarians and meat lovers. The chef is excellent. Absolutely no MSG used! Healthy cooked food indeed. I am from Hamilton but definitely worth the drive even from Oakville and Mississauga. 7 types ice cream including dark chocolate ice cream and 1 strawberry frozen yogurt. Crushed peanut and sliced almonds are my favourite toppings here with some peaches. They also have hot apple pie, super delicious! Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights, I am surprised that they even have cheesecakes that are not too sweet. I love the lumpy homemade seafood sauce.

We go in frequently but today was a terrible experience. Generally the staff are very friendly but today we needed to ask multiple times for more cutlery and ended up needing to grab it myself. We had ordered and paid for a drink with free refills but after drinking the first cup were told we would need to pay for another pop if we wanted another drink. Later, my mother felt self conscious about her weight when the waitress accidentally stepped on her foot trying to grab the plates and then tapped my mothers stomach giggling and said â€œfullâ€ in attempt to mock my mothers weight after her first plate and continued to make my mother feel uncomfortable and she lost her appetite in the embarrassment. We love this location but this type of service is not acceptable, on a busy day there should be more staff so there are less issues. We should not have to explain the fact that we donâ€™t need to pay for another pop for refills or repeatedly ask for water, cutlery, or anything that should be on the go. Although this place generally deserves five stars, on a busy day they deserve the rating and review that can hopefully show them that there is room for improvement.

Food variety is very limited, almost everything is deep fried, except for roasted beef, which is too dry to eat. Doesn't even have stir fried vegitablve. Shrimp was not fresh at all. Service is bad, very rude staff. Will not go back for sure!!!!! By the way, their website say take out buffet is $8.99 but they don't honor that price
