Upon entry for our reservation, we told our server we needed a child seat for our 1 year old. We were seated & waited, waited, waited until we finally went and found one ourselves. After getting the toddler strapped in, we were rather quickly told we couldn't have her sit at the end of the table & had to move to a different one. OK, you didn't hear we wanted a seat, but not asking if we did was a slip up for sure, especially having a small child yourself, as you had told us. Having your nose very obviously dripping was slip up #2.......maybe allergies, maybe a cold.....who could know for sure, but COME ON, you're dealing with people's food! Which leads to slip up #3......medium rare steak is meant to spring back to the touch with red interior.....cook let it get well beyond this. As there were many seats available, it couldn't be that there was too much going on in the kitchen. Highly unlikely we'd return. If you could rate a place with "no stars" to post it, that would have happened. It's a crying shame that The Outback left this area.

Great food and charming ambiance...even kids enjoyed it while coloring and having a look at the design stuff hanging on the wall... I love the menu...seems they change it occasionally... If u carry a CAA card you can have a 10% discount!!

The worst Montana's meal ever. The restaurant was practically empty and it still took over an hour to get our dinner. Waitress was polite but barely spoke to us. Was told our meals were taking longer as it takes 18-22 minutes to cook the chicken wings, but when the meals came the corn bread was missing. After asking we were told that the bread was still in the oven. Slow service. Thankfully the food tasted good, but it wasn't hot. Took us 2 hours to eat here. Wasn't worth it.

Just happened this afternoon at 6. We put our names down for a table for 2, and were told the waiting time is 20-25 min. The waitress got distracted chatting with coworkers and male customers and messed up the waitlist. She seated the people after us on the list. When we confronted her, she lied and said she called us, which was so untrue because we patiently waited to get called at the front the whole time and I even interacted with her a couple of times. She didn't even apologize. So, we left after she lied to us when we confronted her at around 6:45. We always grabbed a bite after or before a movie from this location. The service has not been the best in terms of speed but we enjoyed our time there. This is a new low. We will definitely not go back again.

I've been to this Montana's a countless number of times through my life, and my family and I keep coming back. It's the perfect place for dinner after seeing a movie. Some of the dishes can be a little bit or miss, and they aren't great at special orders, but the food is always harty and they do the staples really well.
