For the fourth visit in a row on Saturday, and for the sixth time in eight visits, I had my order at this location messed up. I even tried my best to keep my take-out order this week really simple so there was less chance of the staff here making a mistake. I didn't mix wing flavours, which never works out alright, or ask for anything gluten free. I simply asked for a single order of boneless medium, a traditional single of Caribbean Jerk and a side of fries. Not too complicated, eh? Sadly, my efforts were in vain as the boneless came out as traditional. Before anyone says, "Big Deal! Put on some Big Boy Pants, Snowflake!" My wife only eats boneless and so she went without dinner as a result. She also blamed me for trusting you not to screw up yet again and was quite irate. Our Saturday night was pretty much shot to pieces as a result. So thanks a tonne for that one! I guess it's my fault for not just assuming that they'd mess things up again and checking the order before I left, but if I have to do that every time I order something shouldn't I be on the Ancaster Buffalo Wild Wings payroll as a Quality Control Analyst? I've been a loyal customer here since the store opened, but I'm afraid this might be the breaking point. Apart from the hardworking bar staff, I've had negative experiences with a few of the servers here who are rude or just ignore their tables, the managers don't seem to care about customer service and I have a theory that the kitchen staff just close their eyes and throw orders onto plates or into bags, hoping for the best.

Straight up, I'm not their target demographic. I would've otherwise given it only three stars, but since it's not for me I bumped it up so as to not trash their rating unfairly. The menu is average, but tasty enough. The servers were super friendly and helpful.

I go to bdubs maybe once or twice a month. Service is always good and there's lots of wing flavours. Only problem is that they run out of the promo flavours too quickly

One of My Favorite places to have Date Night especially!! Fight night, lunch, dinner, groups are All good to have. Service was great all the times I visit. I believe once I had an issue and was compensated with an apology and everything, which was appreciated. Lots of television screens, bar seating, booth and tables available. Wonderful Experience Every Time!!
