On mother's day, I brought the 5 of us to eat here. 3 waters and 2 cokes to start and we didn't get any refills for the rest of the meal. I asked 4 different people for drinks and all said "I'll get your server". Our server had a large party of guests at the same time and I understand. My sister's meal came out wrong and our cousin's burger was burnt and dry. I asked the manager to figure out the drinks and take a discount of my bill. I was offered free desert. It took 30 minutes for the manager to figure it out and, he came back with a fair discount/blamed the server for the time wasted and service issue. Won't be back to this location.

I love the interior design of this place. The calamari is great. Been here around 4 times and never have been disappointed.

your restaurant is trash i order a large fajita and get delivered a do it yourself fajitas package where i had to cook my own food. ya cause i ordered from a restaurant at midnight the day before my exam because i wanted to wait an hour and pay 60 bucks to cook my own food that i could have just done right away at home for a third of the cost? idiots. didn't even give enough tortillas and they were so small that i could barely fit anything in them. never eating here.

The Ancaster location is great. Large dinning room, great food at good prices and excellent service. I love the Southwest Chicken Bowl as well as the burgers. At less than 700 calories the Southwest Chicken Bowl is huge, tasty and filling.
