Our server was great! The food was good our only issue with the place is that they don't have their famous spinach dip anymore AND no lettuce wraps. Both were amazing starters but they revamped their menu a few years ago apparently. The menu is one page only front page, there is a smaller selection than other restaurants but it means they do those meals right! The atmosphere is family friendly but also sports bar. I do enjoy Jack's never really had a problem there before.

Awful experience. Sub-par overpriced food. Oh, and they have mice.... I don't normally write bad reviews but my husband and I came here for his birthday the other night. He saw a mouse run across the dinning room floor during dinner service. We quietly let the waitress know and asked to speak with the manager. When the manager finally came to see us he didn't really seem that surprised and wasn't really apologetic. He gave us $7.00 off our bill even though we only ate half of our meals before completely losing our appetites. We still tipped the waitress because it wasn't her fault. We won't be coming back.

Been here many times and always had a good experience. The service was fast and friendly. Their food and drink variety is very nice. They have a lot of beers on tap which is awesome. Always had good tasting food when eating here.

We came for my wife's birthday dinner...her salmon was burnt. They redid it but no apologies. Then it took so long she ate by herself. As well, the waitress knew it was her birthday but they didn't do anything...like take her burnt dinner off the bill or offer her a birthday dessert

Just returned from having a late dinner and although the food was great, the same cannot be said for our waitress. Extremely slow and when I mentioned it the greeter on the way out, all I got was that she wasn't the manager, just the hostess, all the while resting her head in her hand at the front counter. It took longer to get the waitress to get our bill then to eat our dinner.....20 minutes....and the restaurant was only a quarter full. Nice girl but not as a waitress. Again, the food was very good.
