Very popular McDonald's. Tons of people can be there at any time. Service is really good and has the self ordering if wanted. Drinks are in an area with refills. Lots of parking in the parking lot. Basically a really good McDonald's.

Since staff received a raise service has gone down. Happy meal ask for a book you get a toy ask for a hamburger get a cheeseburger ask for rootbeer get a coke. This happens at drive thru. If at sit down at least you can go to counter. This does not happen all of the time just often enough.

Anyone who orders drive through or take out at this location had best be prepared to go right back inside to fix the inevitable errors. This is the only location where service has been so poor and where the staff were so blatantly rude that I will literally go out of my way to order somewhere else. If you specifically want McDonalds I recommend the location on Barton St E and Lotteridge St. which is smaller, doesn't have a Play Place if that's something you need, but is nicer in nearly every way.

I waited 30min in the drive thru to get three icecream cones I will never go there again this was like the four time I waited longer then 20 min for my order and I would recommend not to go in the evening since that's when I waited ever time.

Drive thru made us wait in parking spot for a big mac combo... yep, for a big mac combo. then another car had to wait after me, and McDonalds ran out their food first. Then when my food finally came, I didnt get the sweet n sour sauces I ordered (that they insist on charging you for but never put in the bag). Horrible experience.
