Nice little place on trendy Ottawa street. Not a lot of tables, but we were still seated very quickly. The Caesars were delicious and the milk shakes and floats look very filling! The burger selection was unique with many options (even vegetarian offerings). Overall I was extremely satisfied with the food and service. Location and parking can be difficult at times so I would recommend going during off peak times to avoid this hassle. Keep serving GREAT food!

The food was excellent. The veggie bean burger so good I can't even explain. The deep fried pickles where made there and then. The only issue is they didn't have a baby chair. My nephew joined us and he, like any 18 month old without a chair, made dinner a challenge. I get that this might not be their target market but if you're open for lunch perhaps you reconsider. If you are letting kids in you need to accommodate. If not for the family with the kid the others around them. There were two babies at the same time in the restaurant. Like it or not it seems to be a market.

I had a fantastic experience; my waitress was very helpful with my questions and friendly throughout, the food was wonderful, they serve alcohol and there was a patio to enjoy. They could use some more seating as it is very popular at both locations but it's packed for a reason, the burgers are huge with a ton of options, the fries are great (fries come with sauce poored over, though I wish they were tossed in it) and best of all IT'S AFFORDABLE (half the price of The Works) without losing quality. I have never been let down. Furthermore, the restaurant is wheelchair accessible but does not really have any parking, except the side of the road. This is one place I WOULD RECOMMEND to everybody.

Where do I begin? Well, the food really is good. I don't know if it's the best burger you can get, but I struggle to think of another restaurant - in this price range - that makes a better one. So maybe it is the best!?! HAMBRGR has a solid selection of local craft brews on tap, excellent sides and salads and really solid, creative burgers. There's no reason not to try this place if what you're craving is indulgence. It's not healthy food, but it's a perfectly crafted treat. The service here is top-notch. The hostess, servers, bussers - everyone is professional and friendly. I've been to this place only twice and can guarantee I'll be back again.

Will not be back. Hardly any options for people without tolerance of spicy food. They ran out of beets and didn't say so until after I tried to order a salad featuring them. No other options were provided for sauces for the duck wings when I mentioned that I can't handle spice. Immediately when we sat down we were bombarded with a drink menu and asked what we wanted. The duck wings were good (they deserve five stars) but the service was abysmal. The waitress was very rushed (but only had four tables to look after) and did not offer water, or pour it for us when we asked for it. Also the water container was a large cylindrical pill bottle with no handle, it was wet and slippery and difficult to handle safely. She was a pleasant person and polite, but for a higher price point the service needs to be up to snuff. All in all I think it's overrated and not worth the money. So many better restaurants on Ottawa and the surrounding area to choose from.
