I come to this location quite often, as it's the closest to me in the morning when I want to grab a coffee and a quick snack (sometimes breakfast). I am literally here 3+ times a week and the SAME WOMAN I order from EVERY DAY can't seem to remember how I take my coffee. The order queue screen is NEVER cleared and at times the service is BEYOND slow, even when it's not that busy. The only thing stopping me from ranking this location lower is that although the service is slow and the location can be dirty at times, the food is still acceptable for McD's quality. They've only got my order wrong once and it was quickly fixed. PS Please find somebody who knows how to use a knife and cut my bagel in half ALL THE WAY THROUGH.

By far the WORST McDonald's I have ever been to. Service is terrible, manager is rude and unapologetic for screw ups. Ordered 2 orders hot cakes which they accidentally gave away to another customer, no apology for the additional wait. Then finally fulfilled my order with only 1 order of hot cakes. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, the 2nd order of hot cakes was ICE COLD when I started to eat it. Brought it back to tell the manager, again, NO apology and terrible attitude! Had this been at any other McDonald's the LEAST I would have gotten was an apology, and even a refund! Go down the street and enjoy your meal at the next McDonald's with staff who care.

Friendly staff who work very hard. Customer service is second to none. Interactions between staff and client is great. This is one of the busiest locations I have visited, but the staff do their best and they are consistently professional and helpful.

The service at this location is hit or miss. If you go inside to order, you will be greeted with a very friendly cashier and the wait time will be quick. If you go through the drive thru, the wait time can be very long. It doesn't matter if there are 2 cars or 10 cars in line, you will most likely be waiting a long time for your order. Please improve the drive thru wait times.

Terrible food. Ordered a poutine through uber. Received it , barely any fries. Cold. Maybe gravy on 5 fries if that. Chicken burger tasted like chicken sat all night. And was missing an item from my order. Such great service(NOT)
