Have gone 4 times, one visit was pretty good, and the last 3 visits have been terrible, each time i go my medium blizzard fluctuates prices each time, the last 3 visit i had long black hairs in my ice cream and burger. Wont be coming back again. The ladies need to work on their sanitary conditions... loose hairs, not washing hands after dealing with left over food on the tables or handling garbage even.

Ordered ice cream as usual but decided to also order a cheeseburger. This was without a doubt the worst burger I've ever had. The bun was soggy and everything was burning hot including the pickles and mustard. I went back to the counter to complain and watched while the person preparing food would put aburger together and then wrap it and stick it in a microwave for a minute. After standing at the counter for several minutes holding my burger and having not a single staff say anything to me, I tossed it on the counter and left. Food quality and service are equally horrible. What a disappointment for my first and only time ordering food at DQ.
