The food is really good, the customer service is very bad. Employees are not ready to serve you when you arrive and are no where to be seen for several minutes. Employees are generally unfriendly and not welcoming. I have been here many times and will continue to return because of the good food. However, when located in a food court it is easy for me to choose something else and I have backed away from this place many times as well. The most recent visit, I was not given a receipt and was almost short changed. Not clear if intentional or not. I hope they can improve customer service and professionalism.

Great Halal food. Fast and convenient in the White Oaks mall. Serving size is good. Eat in or take out. We eat here all the time when we are at the mall Highly recommend if you want tasty real food when you are away from home.

I am a fan of Villa Madina. But not this one. I had been to this place multiple times. I can tell you the review in two sentences. This is the only halal food inside White Oaks mall. There are much better halal food in London. And I've seen and been to much better villa madinas too

I work in the white oaks mall, and I go out of my way for some of my lunches every time to go to this particular place. The guy who owns it is always so friendly and so nice! Food is always cooked well, delicious and never an issue If you ask for a little extra. I make sure every time he gets a good tip because he does work hard, and customers are very mean due to racial issues. I'd recommend this place 10000x over. He is the new owner I believe so maybe the old reviews are from previous owners. My opinion was that he was just the sweetest!!
