Excellent service, great food, filling portions. Our attendant Yoon was very pleasant and made great suggestions. I appreciated the seating accommodations made for grandparents. Will definitely return!

I gave it a 3 star 1 year ago. Now it doesn't even deserve 1 star. The owner is amazing and the servers are good however the food is really bad. It is not Hakka Chinese. It tastes like a beginner is cooking without proper ingredients at home. Their Singapore fried rice was literally tumeric fried rice. Their Bombay chicken is always amazing but literally nothing else on the menu is good. Would really like some other halls Chinese restaurant to open up in that region.

This is one of the worst service tangerine locations. One of the waiters here has a bad temper and has insulted my family on 3 occasions. Once he was extremely rude to my mother in law, then he was rude to my wife and the last time he didn't allow us to get baby food into the restaurant. This makes the restaurant very family unfriendly. Basically you can't take your child if you are going to feed them. Are we expected to feed hakka Chinese to a little baby. We used to frequent the restaurant at least twice a month. If this is the behavior with frequent customers I can only imagine how occasional customers are treated. The food here isn't to die for so this superiority complex the people running this restaurant have is simply bad business practice. My family has given them enough business we have now boycotted buying food from them any more.

Poor customer service. Very rude. Confirm 3 times before order still food very spicy. Called 3 times but staff was not helpful at all. I would not recommen this place at all. Markham location is much better.

Great food but was told I had to pay for fortunes cookies if I wanted them. Really is that what its come to to save costs? I spent $55 in takeout and got all the sauces and chop sticks I needed but when I asked for a fortune cookie for my crying 5 year old I was told "No - management does no allow them to be given for free". This is the first Asian restaurant I ever heard from in all of North America. Great food but I have other places to eat at where they appreciate my business.
