Used to be really good, but has gone downhill in the past 3-4 months. Service takes a very long time unless you're a Skip the Dishes customer or driver. 30 mins for 2 burgers/fries is excessive. I'd use the Skip the Dishes app, but you can't actually build a burger via Skip the Dishes. You're forced into pre-picked combos/toppings.

Zero customer service. The two girls working there talking badly about customers in their own language. Food is straight nasty and very expensive. 25 mins wait for 1 burger. Never again. Don't waste your time.

Very nice location to eat at. Food is always served fresh and hot. The music played is a good tune to enjoy your meal with and the staff is very nice and helpful. Would recommend going to anyone who enjoys well cooked burgers.

I love Hero Burgers, this place ruined it with slow staff, slow service. I didn't care for this but this is an example of irresponsibility of the staff - Guest wifi, tried many times but it does not work AT ALL. Asked them about it and they keep telling me "oh you must wait for a pop-up window", no shyte Einstein. No pop up window for daysssss. I asked them what they are connected to and they tell me they are also connected to the guest wifi, I ask them to show me and they refused. A simple apology would do, but instead they tell me "oh it is too technical for me", funny it wasn't technical when they told me that a pop up window is needed to connect to it :) This place need to hire more people, this place is like the ER for restaurants. Only difference is that ppl will die of hunger instead of a cracked skull.

This is the place to go for Burgers. The service level and food quality is standard every time I go. Owner seems to be always around and approachable. Staff is friendly. It gets busy dinner time usually. However it was not a problem waiting a couple more minutes in the nice clean place listening to music. I will always go back. Thank you.
