Today, I had my worst fried chicken called Pepper Chicken in this place. The chicken was bitter, sour, dry and chewy. I told the waiter that there is something wrong with the chicken and asked him to taste it. He is more interested to tell me that the pepper chicken looks good visually. I spoke to another person and he was also talking about the appearance of the chicken. These people clearly doesn't understand the difference between appearance of the chicken versus the taste of the chicken, which is two totally different things. They refused to take it back and i don't want to eat that chicken, but I ended up paying $10 for that bad pepper chicken. Don't understand the mindset of the people working there and the management. Is it like too bad you got a bad chicken, not our fault and but have to pay for it because you order it? Better luck next time? Business without morality. Hate Tangerine for its food and service!!!

It is a small cozy restaurant where you can take out or dine in. Their lunch specials and very tasty and cheap. I had the sesame chicken for only $7.25. This is the most expensive lunch special they have. There are cheaper options available. It comes with steamed rice and your choice of a canned coke, soup, or a fairly large vegetable spring roll. The sesame chicken was very good! It was crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside. The portion was quite large as well. I would come back here again.

Crispy Ginger Chick, nuff said! I have been to this place a couple of times and I have nothing but good things to say about it. The food is pretty good and it always feels fresh. I have developed a craving for Ginger chicken since I have had it there. The service is pretty good too, the servers are compasionate. I remember, one time we went 20 minutes before the closing time, not only did they serve us food, all the staff just remained in the restaurant for us when nobody was there, the guy would refill our water while he is wearing his winter jacket (it was 20 minutes after the closing time). The owner came and asked how the food was and stuff, nice little gestures which made us feel special. The price is Very reasonable! This is my go to spot whenever I am in the mood of good food in reasonable price in my area, I end up there and I am yet to be disappointed. A word to the owner/staff: Thanks for looking after us, keep doing what you are doing :)

This is my families go to take out place. The food is always great. Ive had Hakka food from many places for years and years but this is by far the best Hakka place. Be careful when trying to order from here on a Friday or Saturday night, its a 2 hour wait. All families in the suburbs order take out on the weekends so crazy wait times during that period.
