Very unhappy. Came in to use the two for one valid coupons. I gave it to the cashier but she charge me regular price. I checked the receipt and went back to tell her she forgot to take off the price for the coupon and she then said I never gave her one. So I had to use another coupon . My daughter witnessed me giving her the coupon too but cashier still is in denial. So my husband had to stand there and witness me giving her another coupon. Give me break. I did get a refund only because I had to take out the coupons I brought and use another one. I showed her where I ripped off the previous one to give her. Bad customer experience and clueless cashier. I think they don’t want people to use the coupon and will hope you don’t notice, check your receipts .

From my experience here, the peoples here don't seem to know how to speak "English" or make proper sandwiches. They want to pay first then you get your sandwiches. They use both hands to cash money then make your unorganized sandwich. Pray to God that I don't end up in latrine.

The mashadi family who works here are super nice. I always go to this subway because I love their service. They are always friendly to everyone, well respected and well mannered. They never fail to put a smile on my face and I am always satisfied with the great tasting sub. Speaking of these subs, I'll probably go there today to grab one. I love it. 10/10 would recommend Store is always clean too. Always place to sit too, washrooms are clean too.
