A nice clean location with good food. When your purchase enough per visit your receipt usually has a small discount off your next purchase. Due to construction, the once large parking lot is half its size. It's in a plaza with other good food; the choice is always nice. Service is pretty speedy here and seating is flexible for large groups.

An argument over tipping has made me never wanting to go back here again. I went here on a lunch date and service was ok until we paid the bill. We left a couple of dollars for tip, and the woman that served us got upset and started to yell at my boyfriend in Cantonese for apparently not giving enough. When she left I asked him what she said and he told me she said something along the lines of “If you can’t afford tip then next time go for take out" (which I assume she meant local fast food chains). Just as my boyfriend told that to me, the woman came back and stood there as if she wouldn’t let us leave until we paid more for tip. It was such an awful experience that it still bothered me a week later. The food is pricey because of their large portions, but lacks in quality. I haven’t tried their desserts (and now no longer plan to) but their entrees were a solid 2/5. Also I’ve noticed on their menu that they charge more to replace noodles with instant noodles, who does that? If i wanted instant noodles i would have just gone to the grocery store and paid a dollar for it instead of $10.

I know of 3x locations in Markham and have been a long time customer, excellent tea time options and standard HK food affair, but done with great consistency and taste. One of their super popular items is the shrimp and potatoes salad, one of the best in the area. Also love their BBQ pork neck with egg on rice not a common item. I really enjoy this place for breakfast, brunch, and lunch. I give them 9/10!

Average food at higher price with average not so friendly staff. The photos on the menu are poorly presented. I don't recommend this place.

Food is generous portion here. Ordered a curry with mild spiciness before, but it turned out to be very spicy for my taste (on par with authentic Indian restaurant's curry). Other than that hiccup, most food are flavored nicely and the price is fair.
