The food, the service, and the experience is amazing. However the "all you can eat" variety is limited to only 5 options of meat fish or tofu, and 5 options of sides (Rice, potatoes, and a plate of herbs). This is not the typical AYCE sushi place with over 70+ menu items. There is no creativity, just plain meat brought to you so you can cook it on your own grill, and once you're done you go home. They need to step up with their selection.

Nice place to eat, used to go more often when late night special was cheaper. At the current piece there are other better options specially considering the grill to people ratio on some tables.

Food was good but service was bad. Waiter took a while to start our burner, we wasted time waiting. Burner finally started, we grilled what we wanted, food outcome was bad coz flame was inconsistent. We called waiter again to fix it. Waiter could not set required flame. We waited again perhaps around 20 min. We suggested to move us to a different table, he agreed but our momentum to enjoy was gone. Tip was already part of the bill. So it is a win win for them.

I've been coming here forever. Probably 8-9 years and a few times a year. I love the food but the service and grill sucks more times than that. Our last experience, the flame on the grill was low and we complained and they wouldn't move us although there were plenty of other tables open. They kept providing some excuse why the grill flame was low which was annoying and lead to 2.5 hour dinner. Our grill flamed out 3 times during our dinner and we had no choice but to deal with our mediocre grill. Also, if you come in a group of 5 to 6, you will only get 1 grill which is frustrating for a large group.

AVOID AT ALL COST: Bad attitude, extremely small fire, wanted to kick us out when they were about to close. But we barely Ste because the fire was so damn small and it's been over an hour, we barely got food in the stomach. Despite us asking to change to a hotter fired table (still not a big fire) because ours clearly was broken. After asking 5 times they finally get us a new table (there were plenty tables open). We obviously couldn't finish eating in time at closing due to the super small fire. You'd expect to have the meal covered or extended infinite time til we finish. Yet the guy still tried to kick us out. I told him we weren't leaving until we were done. Not smart. Just pay a few buck more and go to CHAKO.
