I went to McDonald's today with the family and I have to say, I was really impressed! The staff were very nice and did everything they can to please us as a family. Usually whenever we go to a fast food restaurant (which is not very often) I notice the staff are overworked, tired, low in patients and just not happy. But today at this mcdonald's I noticed even the cleaning staff had a smile on there face and were very kind. The whole time we were there eating, I was talking to my family about the great service we are receiving. Thank you for everything that you do and may God bless you always.

Consistently the McDonalds at this location have excellent customer experience from the staff.. Always friendly and sociable. I've even seen the manager come in to the play area and handed out happy meal toys to the kids..with the parent's permission of course.

Not my favorite location by far. Drive through people don't stir coffee enough, so I always have sugar at the bottom. Few times they didn't put sugar at all. Periodically I have to wait for my order to be taken at drive through for couple of minutes. Not kidding. Last time I ordered plain bagel with garlic cream cheese, they gave me raiding bun which tasted horrible with garlic.

Update: a week after posting this, their service has improved a lot. They fill the fries, they know how to deal with mobile orders, and they don't mess up your orders anymore. Original: Avoid at all costs. I don't understand how these workers are this incompetent. I have ordered here many times before. They have messed up my order many times. They don't understand mobile order at drive thru even after I tell them the order code. I had to wait 10 minutes in store after I placed a mobile order 8 minutes before I arrived. 18 min wait for fast food?? The place was practically empty. On top of this, I always have to wait at the 3rd window at the drive thru. sometimes they don't even fill the fries I paid 3 dollars for. Very slow service, they mess up your order, dont fill your fries sometimes, and they don't know much about mobile orders at drive thru. Worst macdonalds I've been to.

I ordered a chicken nugget happy meal with apple juice, poutine and two junior chicken burgers. What I got was the fries and happy meal toy and the juice. NO NUGGETS and no gravy on the poutine...REALLY how can you forget those things. Kind of difficult to explain to little kids why they didn't have what they asked for. This wasn't the first mess up of our orders. But it will be the last. I won't be coming back.
