I'm generally a big fan of Harvey's and I've tried the same combo at different locations across Toronto. In my experience, every time I dined at this location the fries tasted weird, and I didn't like it...As if they are fried in a very very very old oil. Everything else tastes fine.

This Harvey's location is one i will be avoiding in the future. They refused to give me a promotion listed on their site because it was "expired" however, it was not. They were just not up to date with their offers. I had to drive to another location to receive the offer, and after returning back with the receipt and informing the manager that there was an extension to the promotion, he still refused. The manager is is not professional and neither are his employees. As I made my complaint, one of his employees turned around, while at the counter. You shouldn't have your back faced to employees. in Addition, their fries are terrible, and the reason is because they don't want to spend the money on a new potato peeler. I know this because a former employee shared that information with me.

Harvey's makes a good burger, but this location has the slowest service of any restaurant I've been too. The cashiers barely make eye contact and don't really communicate clearly. Good food, but it's a shame about the quality and speed of service.

Worst Harvey's experience ever. Staff barely spoke English, manager had no clue how to be a manger. MY parent were visiting and we went to this Harvey's location for lunch and we ordered simple items on the menu, we waited for over 15 minutes for my fathers cheeseburger to come out, meanwhile people were coming and going around us. Finally I asked to speak to the manager and the staff asked me why and I said I wanted to discuss it with the manager, after I asked again she brought my burger over which was suppose to be triple cheese, but had one slice. She then asked what I wanted on the burger, I said I wanted a refund, three more times she asked me what I wanted on the burger. Then she had the nerve to snicker at me when I requested a refund and thought it was funny when I mentioned we had been waiting for 25 minutes. I then asked again to speak to the manager. Finally he came over to speak to us and was barely able to deal with the situation at hand. He was hesitant on giving us a refund. Again the worst experience ever at Harvey's, another reason not to return or give my money to this company. It's a shame because I remember as a kid how good Harvey's use to be, I guess their reputation isn't what it use to be. I would give it no stars, but I wouldn't be able to post this comment.

Food was good and time from ordering to getting our burgers was decent for walk-in order at counter. Was a bit wary given some of the other reviews, but at 7:15pm on a Friday night, was very decently short wait for burgers, on par with pretty much other Harvey's I've ordered at. (I think 7 minutes for two burgers from ordering them until they had their toppings on them in bag, with two orders ahead of us).
