McDonald's is slowly changing. There was a time McDonald's burger patty was like a shoe leather. Not much improved in that area, but their breakfast items and salads are lot better than before. McDonald's Coffee named as best in Canada, that served in a fast food chain. Change is not only with the food, also in interior as well as exterior. Change is happening but very slowly.

Went late night, ordered a small fries & one of their new "Southern BBQ Chicken" sandwiches. Took forever for it to come out; sandwich barely had ANY sauce and they did not put the coleslaw on it like it has on the menu so i went up twice to ask for those things. Chicken was extremely dry, definitely not fresh. Definitely won't be ordering that again. I dont go to McDonald's often but seems to disappoint too frequently.

This place was good outside of the fact that they seem to have a lot more staff than was allocated to take care of customers... They only had one Cash open with a long line of people waiting... that being said, the staff was pleasant and courteous, and did a reasonably good job of taking care of each order. With the way that service has deteriorated at most McDonald's locations over the past many years, I'd say this was above average for my McDonald's experiences of late.

Saturday Night shift - they served me a chicken burger that tastes like was heated up in microwaves, the chicken was hard as a rock 😖😖😖😖. I asked to get another one and it was the same. I threw the burger into the garbage. I been here in the day time and they do a much better job.
