We called half an hour earlier to order ahead of time because we were in a rush. They said that's fine. When we went to go pick up, they only just started making the order saying they wanted to give us a fresh batch which I understand, but couldn't they have done that when we called? I wouldn't mind if they were busy or anything, but they had one person already dining in at the restaurant and other than that it was completely empty. We ended up having to wait another 25 minutes until our order was complete.

Ordering delivery using JustEat is a hit or miss. Sometimes they forget to pack things you ask for. But they ALWAYS fix any problem you may have with the food or service. The food itself is always fresh, hot, and delicious!

You just want to experience the 2/3-piece platter with the signature biscuit and boiled corn or the delicious mashed potato topped with gravy sauce

Horrible service. They will send you a wrong order. Put the hot food with cold drinks and salad in the same bag, and they wont replace ur wrong order. They will ask you to drive over and buy another. The manager yells at you and if you call he’s goi g to yell at you, interrupt you non stop and hang up the phone on you. The manager even refused to give me his name so I can call head office. Shameful. In 3rd world countries they don’t do that. But popeyes doesn’t care. They only care about getting their payment
