Very family oriented atmosphere, relaxing and felt like home. The food was absolutely delicious. I went during the $19.99 shrimp trio and was more then pleased with how the food came out. The shrimp was not overcooked and had numerous intense flavors that stayed with you till the end. Fully recommend this red lobster. Ps Unlimited butter biscuits...enough said.

It was my first time at Red Lobster and it wasn't bad. We were seated pretty quickly and the waitress was very attentive. The menu was quite good; I didn't know what to order. Red Lobster is like the seafood version of Swiss Chalet.

Called to inquire about delivery options. After waiting on hold for a few minutes the young lady who answered the phone did not identify herself. Her response to my inquiry was to "call my best friend". After confirming her flip response I asked to speak to a manager, she agreed to transfer and then promptly hung up on me. I called back and spoke to a manager who apologized and seemed sympathetic, but still wouldn't suggest any delivery options. He said he would need to speak to corporate office before agreeing to even to a taxi pickup. Wow, shame on the service staff, and shame on the organization that in this day and age can't even manage food delivery. Even grocery stores deliver. Lost, good long term customer and an easy $80 order. Way to go Red Lobster, shame on you! Guess I'll order sushi.

Food should be as good as the other Red Lobster. I took 2 stars off is just because we were seated at the corner right under the air vent. I mentioned to our server that the air keep blowing out to my face and I asked to do something with it. She only came back and said she already turned the temperature up but it still didn’t help the wind keep blowing on top of my food and they get cold so soon; and so I didn’t get to enjoy my lunch pleasantly. I’ve been to other location Red Lobster before, quite often, but this is the worst experience out of all ever... I wasn’t in the mood so I didn’t take the food picture...

I enjoying going to this location. The restaurant is big and the service is beyond extraordinary. The food was very tasty, and HOT which is an A+ for me. Lastly the customer service I received was terrific. Everytime I go to this location, The Red Lobster team is superb. Great Job!
