IF YOU WANT TO BUY THEY TAKE THE CALL, IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM THEY DON'T CARE! - Terrible customer service + better service at domino's. Yesterday, I placed an order online. I received a call later from an employee telling me that the order might arrive late. I told him to wait and not to hang up so I can make a decision (if I want to keep the order or not). He suddenly hung up. I did not know if the order was cancelled or not so I decided to call again and nobody answered me. I even called customer service to find out if they cancelled my order not. I spent a total of 15 minutes trying to find out what happened to my order and trying to contact this store, when I finally came up with the idea of calling with another cellphone, then he finally take my phone. He was not answering me on purpose because he knew my cellphone number. This was the first time that I tried Pizza Hut and the LAST TIME.

Ordered food from 1630 Albion Road and waited until the delivery time(40min). Gave them 5 minute grace period and when I called they said that they will take 40min more. Clearly they didn't prepare the order. I refused to take the order discount as I do not trust them with preparing the food right or if I have to wait another 40 min. Food is something that can't wait. Unprofessional, unorganised and unreliable location.

Pizza wasn't cooked properly so it was very doughy. Customer service was good and the staff was friendly.
