Worse customer service ever. I ordered my pizza online at 5:48 and promise time was 6:03. I arrived around 6:15 and after I paid the staff told me to wait 15 minutes. I waited for over 20 minute and saw other customers who came after me get their pizza. I went and asked about my pizza and the staff just realised that it was already and was sitting in the oven since I arrived. There was no apology or anything. I understand that they are busy but the staff needs more training and needs to be more attentive. I wish I can give zero stars rather than 1. I won't be coming here again

Nasty. Found a hairstrand in the box, on the bottom of the pizza. The people in the counter was talking in their own language joking about not washing their hands since one of them has to go in the washroom. Doesn't look like they were paying much attention. No gloves for people making the food and they were just touching everything else while handling food. Not going in this location again.

Very typical location. Clean with good pizza. Not a ton of space to sit but it was fast.

I ordered pizza, it was delivered a bit late. The worst part is the pizza, was totally deformed, compressed to one side. When we call the branch, they just told us the pizza will be replaced. That's it. At least a refund or let us keep the first pizza. So we waited again for the replacement pizza. Poor customer service. I should have stick to Pizza Nova or Domino's.
