I’ve gone here about 10 times now and I like the food MOST of the time (maybe different chefs? Not sure). Customer service is much better when I am with my parents vs when I’m with friends. I don’t really care about it too much but it is noticeably worse. I recommend you pay attention to what you order, sometimes when I go with a big group we get other people’s order and eat it thinking somebody in the group ordered it. Also they were out of stock for the desert I want 1/2 the time. All that considered food is still pretty good

This place has decent food, but the customer service is despicable. My friend asked kindly for them to return the calamari, as it did not look appealing. And the manager said we had to pay for the food that we did not even touch. I find that unfair as the manager did not even try to suggest other food options. She clearly was very rude about it. I even asked her where the washroom was and she had the nerve to not even look at my face but point in the direction of where it was located. In all honesty, the lack of customer service in this place actually deserves a 1 star, but since I kinda liked the sushi I ordered. They don’t even greet with a smile. I’m sorry but I’ve been to other sushi places that have better food and better service. This place seriously needs new staff and management.

I've ordered take-out many times, but every single time I've walked in to pick up my order, no one greets you or says "can I help you?" They just continue with whatever they're doing, unaware of anyone else, with miserable looks on their faces. Not one person is happy to be working there. I've also come to dine in and it's the same service as when you're seated. My fiance and I are really easy going, we come in for our favourites and we don't normally make a big fuss about things, but one time there was a hair in our food and we stopped one of the supervisors. He took a look at it, didn't apologize and took it away. Another time we ordered chicken fried rice (which we get every time), the portion looked like someone literally scooped the rice with a SMALL spoon and sent it out that way. So we asked our server about it and she had nothing to say, literally she just starred at us. So we ordered two more servings thinking that, okay well they changed there portion sizes then.. nope the next two servings came out the regular size. I can go on but I will stop there. Sushi is adequate here, service is abysmal.

Great food. Great idea to use a pad to place your orders. Service is fast and efficient. Portions are small which allows you to try everything on the menu and an all you can eat price that can't be beat. Totally recommend this place.

This is my go-to sushi spot. I usually go to the other location but a fire caused it to be closed so now this location is super busy. Even if you're not a fan of sushi, the menu has a lot of variety. Everything comes out pretty quickly and tastes great! For dessert, they have more selections than just the standard ice cream and fried banana. Try the lychee mousse! The only issue I usually have is that they forget to bring food you've ordered to the table. This has occurred every 10+ times I've been there. Either they forget to make it or they send it to the wrong table and when you ask, they are clueless.
