Usually Quick Service with a smile. Sometimes I find that there is some attitude with the employees but I feel that with chain restaurants of this nature it comes with the territory. The best breakfast sandwiches are at A&W when compared to other other popular chains such as McDonald's or Tim Hortons. They also have great burgers boss chicken and hamburgers. With the coupons, it's an incentive to go here. They do have some nice classy containers to put the fries in and of course their own signature root beer which to me is your average root beer and doesn't stand out last perhaps other root beer companies have their product as their specialty so naturally it's good but for them it's a wide variety so I would not say root beer is their strength.

BEWARE EMPLOYEES DO NOT CARE! I DARE suggest management review the CCTV between 08:45-09:15 October 22nd 2017. Ordered breakfast drive-thru getting 2 all-canadian breakfasts, and usually you are told to wait at the parking lot for your order. My order comes out and through the bag it is my order. I get home and take my breakfast special out my bag and my order looks like it's been eaten. I look closely and all the items are all over the place. I had a 2nd order for my wife and saw it was in the same condition. Both orders all the items were crammed on one side of the cover. Both orders the eggs were sunny side up and the yolk seeped out the cover and all over the inside of The bag. The A&W staff most likely put the food in the bag and dropped it, landing upside down and fell on its side. The lady came out and gave me my food and didn't acknowledge what happened. I SUGGEST YOU GO IN AND ORDER SO YOU CAN SEE YOUR FOOD, OR CHECK YOUR ORDER RIGHT AWAY IF YOU WAIT IN THE LOT. 2018-05-13: Restaurant wasn't packed and fully staffed but kept messing up people's orders. Customers shouldn't be checking if their order is right after getting the bag. I was one victim and I ordered a combo and hashbrown wasnt in the bag but I was already home. CUSTOMERS SHOULDN'T BE CHECKING IN THE BAG IF ORDER IS CORRECT... I HOPE all see this review before going to this location (Dixie/Aerowood).

Clean restaurant with friendly staff. My food arrived quickly and it was warm. The coffee seemed a little bit bland but overall it was a good place to grab a late breakfast.

Service and food was good. Place is clean and well maintained, only issue is all A&W restaurant floor is so sleepery. It's very dangerous to walk when water is on floor. I fall once but luckily didn't got hurt.also employees don't wear gloves while making food.

The place was clean and the staff was friendly. Product was a bit slow. Loved the fosted mug. The soft drink was extremely sweet and they got me some water to thin it out. Bathroom was clean. Will go there again.
