Having worked for McDonald's many years ago puts me in better position to assess this store. It was obvious to me that the staff and management need courses on diplomacy, courtesy and be made aware of listening to each of their customers when at the cash register serving customers. In all the times I have been there there were at least four or five times when I reached home with my order and order was not completed as I had ordered and this was most frustrating as I had to take bus from there and it would have cost me 2x my TTC tickets. They should not come across like their in a food race and have no time to listen to what the customer is asking for. It causes dissatisfied customer as well as an increase of food waste for the store. Most of the time the food is good but other times it is disgusting. The quality of meat is not best it can be. Why not make it organic more people would come to McDonald's if at least meat, eggs and poultry would be organic. Anyway I hope that this assessment will be taken seriously. I understand it is Fast food restaurant but does it need to be conducted to decrease quality of service? Sincerely , Claire

If I could give this place less than 1 star I will do that. I ordered 1 medium coffee and 2 plain bagels then wait for 10 mins and they said they don't have any plain bagel. They asked if I want to refund and then I wait for few more minute for the manager does it. After few minutes passed, I asked them again can I get another bagel with same price and they said yes. Fine!!! 5 more mins wait! The service was so horrible. I had waited for 20 mins to get simple food.

I just came here, ordered a vanilla milkshake and egg McMuffin which was 9.60$, then they find out after I have payed they don’t have ice cream. So I was excepting my money back from my milkshake and they say they can’t do refunds, a milkshake is 4.29$ with tax and they did not give this back to me as they said they couldn’t, so then they offered me a large smoothie I asked for a strawberry banana smoothie they gave me a mango pineapple I would not accept this as my order had already been messed up, finally I receive my strawberry banana milkshake and it is a medium size coating only 2.99$ technically saying McDonald’s stole from me! So horrible experience here! Very badly managed!! How does a places menu which consists of manly ice cream products run out????? Very unimpressed!!

Location doesn’t accommodate parking very well and the staff there seem very uninterested. Be aware of long queue time and unclean dining areas.

Worst in customer service: Lady manager demanded my family, with 3 kids, in the middle of our meal, to leave, advising us that it is the store policy to close at 9:30pm (11May2018)! Horrible experience!
