Very consistent pizza. I’ve been buying from this place for over a decade and it’s always great. A little bit greasy but that’s cause it’s pan pizza. I love it. ❤️

For some reason this location slightly under cooks the pan pizza. I always have to put it in the oven for a few minutes, if I say bit well done they over do it. Otherwise classic greasy pan pizza is what Pizza Hut is all about and is what you’ll get.

Walking by and was hungry... Bought a walk in special, should have simply kept walking. Not a fan of Pizza Hut, spoiled by real pizza makers, and better options available in my neighborhood.

If I could give this experience a zero star rating I would! An error was made with my pizza order. During the interaction I was made aware that Ikram was the acting manager. What struck me during this experience was this guy who said he was the manager, did nothing which would demonstrate any leadership qualities with respect to customer service. Instead of being a leader, he wanted to be right, and in front of his peers, he showed them as a manager that being dismissive, arrogant, and sadly unable to come up with an appropriate solution to remedy his error is what a leader is all about. As three of his employees looked on...he let them know that managing people means him being right. To the owners of this Pizza Hut...I would encourage you to perhaps circle back with your management team and find ways to better service your customers and or find solutions that would still invite your customers to return even when an error is made. I would hope that Ikram is NOT your standard of qualified leaders for your business. Please note you also hold a responsibility as a brand ambassador for Pizza Hut. You are the official pizza for the NFL. I would hate to see you fall in the same footsteps of Papa Johns Pizza ...just because your managers want to be right! Just thought I would share. All the best with your business!

This isn’t a pizza comment, it’s a people comment. I bought last minute concert tickets and was on my way to a concert when I realized the tickets needed to be printed on paper in order to gain access to the event. Everything was closed, except for this Pizza Hut on Bloor near High Park. My friend suggested we ask them for help. I didn’t think it would work...but to my surprise, the very friendly staff was immediately helpful. Once we quickly explained our predicament, and offered to pay for the use of their printer, the wonderful staff invited us to use their computer and printer ... and boom ... 3 minutes later we were on our way to the concert. They refused our offer of money to pay for the printed tickets...and simply helped us out as a gesture of goodwill. We are grateful to them (we had a great time at the concert). We thought you might want to know the kind of great people and business you will be supporting if the next time you are thinking of pizza you decide to order from this Pizza Hut. (And their pizza is great, I’ve had it before). Thanks Pizza Hut and awesome Bloor/High Park Pizza Hut staff!
