Watched the driver go to my neighbors on one side, wrong address. Then he went to the house on the opposite side, wrong address. Unable to figure it out he left. I called the store to inquire about my order because I live less than a one minute drive away and it should not take an hour. The person on the other end said that the drive was out with the delivery and it should be there soon. I told them that I saw the driver try both my neighbors houses and drove away. They said it wasn't the driver. After another 15 minutes the same car as before pulls up and the delivery boy gets out with my pizzas. I pay and he asks " how much change do you want? " I told him all of it. after being unable to calculate a difference of $ 3.40 he gives me a five dollar bill.

If I could rate Vito's a ZERO STAR I would. We called at 6:30pm on a Saturday and ordered a medium pizza with a pound of wings, simple enough. I was told the order would take 45 minutes to 1 hour, after an hour and fifteen minutes I called to check on my order, without even checking which order I was the lady yelled into the phone "DRIVER ON WAY, FIVE MORE MINUTES, SORRY". Fifteen minutes later (Now total order time of 1 hour 30 minutes) I called back. I was told that the driver had been to my house and no unit number was provided (I obviously provided this all with the first order, not my first time ordering food to my townhouse), they also tried to tell me that they called me earlier and spoke to me on the phone and I told them that I would pick up the order and then cited a phone number that wasn't even mine, which story do you really want to run with here while you imply that I am lying? The entire process was a complete disaster, they told me the pizza and wings were waiting and they would send them out despite the order sitting in the store for over 45 minutes. They offered no resolution or even a legitimate apology, just cold food. I cancelled my order and I am more than happy to take my business elsewhere. What a joke, learn to keep your orders straight.

Hands down the best pizza ever delivered to our door... we ordered Hawaiian and BBQ Chicken pizzas on regular crust and they were UNREAL. Perfect light and fluffy crust with the just the right amount of crunch around the edges - generous toppings, and not greasy!

This place is more 3.5 stars.. I called on a Thursday night to place an order for delivery and was on hold for 10 minutes.. I hung up and called right back and was able to place an order right away so that was annoying as the woman who answered clearly forgot I was on the line.. we ordered 2 medium pizzas 24 wings and 6 pops for $39.99 which to me is a great deal.. the wings are excellent however the pizza was nothing special and one of the pizzas had a funky taste like one of the toppings was off so it didn't really get eaten but the other pizza was good but not much different than other pizza stores.. we will probably order again and try other things but it's by no means favorite.

I ordered from here Sunday night and was very disappointed in their service! I waited patiently for my order and when I noticed that more than an hour passed they called to say they delivered it to the wrong address meanwhile I explained it specifically so that wouldn’t happen . Worst part I got a cold pizza and wings that cost me over 40 dollars . Also I asked that they call when they arrive that way they didn’t wake up the whole house since we live the basement and they banged on the door rang the door bell (they woke up everyone and even managed to wake up my baby ,thanks ) . Never again will I order from here !
