Not bad from a franchise. This was the first time for me because I had to make a quick stop in Ottawa area for a quick bite in the morning. Almost the same style of food from a family owned restaurant. I am impressed because I am not an A&W fan for fast foods. The $ price value vs quality were good or acceptable. It would be a 5 star if the sausage were a tad bigger. This experience has changed my mind.

Good food and a good employee. Issue is with the straws. Why do you have straws not individually wrapped. You know the machine you press to dispense a straw I don’t like it. I do not want to let myself think that this is washed as it was never. All the fingers lingering and pushing for a straw to dispense and when it does that straw ends up touching that part... maybe get some individually wrapped straws

Apparently A&W stopped doing combos so unless you want to spend $30 for two people (two burgers, two drinks and two onion rings) go elsewhere this place has changed and become expensive.

Tried to have food in the new store. Food is delicious, store is very clean,. Nice staffs, but service is a little slow.

Their Mozza Burger is so delicious and out of all of the fast food chains they have the best soft drinks because they cool the syrup, so they don't have to add ice to your drink so it's not watered down. I've come to recognize a few of the same staff that have been there for years and they always provide great and friendly services
