This location is always slow and makes mistakes every time. The drivethru is horrible to navigate. Nobody can angle their vehicles into the second lane so the drivethru is always backed up onto the roadway in front of Lowe's.

Every time I go I feel I'm waiting for a long time, while watching employees stand around doing nothing or just chatting about. Took 10 minutes to get a salad because they were kept behind the garbage, which I felt was disgusting. Have found plastic in salads and every order seems to be screwed up in some way. When you mention the mistakes you are met with attitude from all the employees. Not a McDonald's I would go to if I have a choice.

A very clean and conveniently located location, especially in the winter! It feels like stepping into a big bubble of warmth, and all the crew members were very friendly and helpful. The store wasn’t too busy when I was last there but I can tell they’re accustomed to being busy by the short wait times each customer experienced!

I waited in the drive-thru for 20 minutes... not even an exaggeration... all I ordered was a coffee and a bagel because I wanted to try it. Once I got to the pickup window, they gave me my coffee they made me go sit in the reserved parking spots and wait for my food... for a bagel! I then sat in the parking lot for another 5 minutes waiting for my food. Once I finally got to work, late, I opened up my bagel and realized it's not what I ordered. I am so incredibly frustrated with this McDonalds. No wonder I will always choose Tims over this place.
