I regularly have come here for coffee in the morning with no issues. However, today I ordered food. My chicken nuggets were crunchy and had particles of sand/dirt on them. They obviously had dropped them on the floor and still served them to me. Will not ever go back to this location for food again.

Two words: Clean and Proper. Service is great, friendly staff with quick service. Touchscreen ordering and Drive-thru is open 24/7. Probably the best McDonald's in Ottawa East.

This morning I went inside to order. The cashier was fighting with a guy about the new automated system. I guess he chose to pay cash and didn't know he needed to pay AT the cash before they're process his order. He was upset that the machine gave him a number, she told him "I'm just trying to teach you how it works, if you're not willing to learn the system don't come back". She didn't know how many hotcakes were in an order when I asked and she didn't know how to punch in 2 hash browns which I wouldn't have mentioned except someone showed her and she'd already forgotten by the next customer how to do it for them. After ordering there was a gentleman who was asking about his 10 minute order. They were still waiting on his bagel. He asked for his money back and left. I waited about 10 minutes for my hot cakes, 3 breakfast sandwiches and 3 hash browns. Other people were also waiting long. I visit once or twice a week in the morning. I always ask for my ketchup at the food window so that I can make sure there's enough or that they didn't just forget. For about a month when I asked I was told by this one employee to order my ketchup at the speaker. I explained each time that they've forgotten in the past, so no, I'll order my ketchup at the food window. One morning for some reason, they weren't taking orders on the second lame at the drive through. 4 cars went through on lane 1 before I got out and went to the window and asked "are you going to take orders on lane 2?". "Not if talk to me like that." Was his reply. I spoke with the manager and suggested he comp my $7.67 breakfast and he said "hmm dunno that's a big order". Obviously that didn't fly and he did comp it, so that's where they get their extra star. The other star is for the nice girl who works mornings often, does her job really well and is very friendly.

The cleanest/least sketchiest McDonald's in Ottawa ðŸ‘ðŸ”ðŸŸ I either use the touchscreen machines or Mobile Order through the app and the process is seamless.

The service was good, had table service and they even filled the soft drink rather than just give me a cup ro fill on my own defeating the purpose of table service. The food was good. But the blood stained massive clot of bloody toilet paper in the toilet that just wouldn't flush was not cool. And after letting them know nothing was done even after i left. The tables were all dirry, with no one wiping anything down the whole time. Floors were all dirty. And one of the handucap buttons were stuck on with tape. The franchise owner here needs to wake up.
