I came into this place a couple of nights ago and it was disgusting. It was messy, stinky, and the staff seemed like they gave no care in the world to the store and customers. The floor I might add was horrible to look at, and they obviously don't take cleanliness seriously. At one point I thought there was a mouse trap on the floor. The bathrooms were disgusting too. I couldn't even think about ordering a blizzard, and I was unsure about the staffs hygiene. This is clearly a management issue, avoid this store at all costs. There are much better and cleaner stores in the city of Ottawa. I said to wife, if I came into this store, and I owned it, I would have fired everyone immediately.

Horrible quality and food service. Fries are soggy and undercooked. Burgers are reheated by microwave. Do not recommend. Go to Wendy's instead!

I’ve never experienced bad cleanliness here. And the ice cream is great. I recommend it!

Considering how busy this location is, they do decently well at keeping up with the cleaning and serving. One of the main problems I've seen is that when younger people come into the store they don't seem to think they need to clean up after themselves, leaving their garbage on the tables or making a mess with condiments. The staff are very focused on keeping up with the demand of the customers waiting in line and its understandable when its hard to break away from that to clean up after people who can't simply throw out their own garbage. Some of the things on the menu do take some time to make or cook, so be a little patient when you order food items or more complicated treats.
