We frequently visit this restaurant. Food is quite good, service is fine. Good choice for Cantonese cuisine within Barrhaven.

Me & a family friend of mine went here and her chicken fried rice was over cooked same with her chicken balls, they were hard enough they could be used as golf balls and when she tried to speak to the restaurant for a refund they were rude ignored her and hung up not once but twice I WILL NOT bring my family here I’d rather eat at mandarin on hunt club at least when they feed u over cooked food they replace it apologies and give you a discount for the inconvienience! Horrible customer service!!!

Didn't even get to order as the lady had hung up the phone when she didn't like that I asked if they could substitute one of the items on a combination plate. Horrible customer service!! I'd have tipped nicely if they were more reasonable. Sorry but I won't have someone tell me what I'm aloud and not aloud to order. 1 Star

I ordered online and it stated that it would take 25 minutes. When I showed up 25 minutes later I was not even greeted but was treated like a delivery driver with an abrupt "pick-up ?" It looked as if they had not even noticed the online order. With a hand signal I was asked to take a seat by the door. This "lady" does speak English though. 25 minutes later after I got up and asked them to refund me if the food was not ready or started yet, I was handed the food. Thee is much better take out and after this experience I would not recommend it. Things do happen but if they do an apology would be the least they should offer to an unhappy customer.
