The food and service needs improvement. The waiteress told us to give them more tips, which was super rude, no restaurant has ever done that to us before. She also left our dishes on the table and expected us to pass them down. The curry still had powder not mixed in and the tea they serve taste nothing like tea. I do not recommend this restaurant at all. If I could give zero stars I would definitely give that rating.

Food is great, but terrible customer service. We were asking for couple more lettuce leaves and the male waiter said it would cost 2 dollars. You kidding me? And then he started arguing with me which I wouldn't go in detail. Other times, when we pay the bill and ask for change, they would say not enough even though it was more than enough, as far as the total was. We intend on giving tips afterward (separately), but they seem to expect tips as if that's mandatory. It seems they don't really care about keeping customers happy, preferring to nickle and dime us instead. I have stopped going there since. Too bad for them because I had been a regular customer for almost 20 years. Now, we have found better places to eat viet food.

Been coming here forever but they need to spruce up the booth section to keep the place fresh. The house special phuc kien is still great especially with loads of spiced garlic in vinegar. Still hits the spot on a cold GTA night.

Typical Vietnamese experience in Toronto. Food is generally good. Service is meh. There's one waitress who is particularly good but everyone else is very mediocre. Come here if you want to eat. Don't come if you are interested in a dining experience or have a lot of picky eaters.

Food was GOOD. But TERRIBLE service - the WORST. For example: - Taking plates away without asking - Dropping soup all over the table and not cleaning - Agressive tone when talking to customers
