Unfortunately there is no zero star rating because that is what this place really deserves. The pizza is over cooked and gross. Usually dripping with nasty grease. I know that Pizza Hut is a greasy pizza but this is another level. The staff are pretty unhelpful. The only thing this place has going for itself is the later hours. I had day old pizza that tasted better. Shame.

Pizza arrived cold, undersauced and doughy. Cinnaparts container had no lid, so it is cold, and the icing had hardened. Will never order again. Should've stuck with Dominos. It's better, and if you're not happy, they will make it right.

Both coxwell and pharmacy locations need better cooks. At least the staff at coxwell is much more polite. One extra star compared to the other store.

The pizza I ordered arrived RAW, the bottom of the pizza and crust were completely white, im not kidding, i received a raw pizza. Called back to complain and they were extremely rude and said "i can offer you 20% credit". I said keep it, thats not good enough, I will call head office. Doubt they will get back to me, but either way i wont be spending another dollar at this place.

I just want to leave a very positive review for this Pizza Hut and the manager that was taking care of the store tonight. (Nov 26). I believe the name of manager is Arsita. I made a wrong order but she was so kind, understanding and accommodating despite being very busy. She corrected the order free of charge. I highly recommend this Pizza Hut and give the store a 5* for customer service and food. Thank you Arsita!
