This McDonald's has consistently slow and poor food service. Today was a great example. On the morning of Saturday, April 7 between 8:30 and 9:00, I used the big screen to order a happy meal breakfast and a sausage mcmuffin breakfast. Nothing custom or complicated, just standard items. At the time the restaurant was mildly busy...never more than 6 orders at once showing up on the TV screen. There were lots of people working. It took 10 minutes for my meal to be ready...10 MINUTES! Is this even McDonald's? Because I was under the impression that the franchise had mastered the processes associated with the fast food industry decades ago. Then when I sat down I realized there was no syrup for the pancakes in the happy meal. A few minutes later I realized there was no milk that's supposed to come with the happy meal. People working there were friendly and apologized and that's great, but seriously, they need to get their act together. This is one of many examples of the slow and sloppy service I've experienced at this location. Obviously it's not a big deal, it's not like my life is ruined or anything, but I'm writing this to give people a heads up to expect inefficient and ineffective service here, and who knows, maybe management will see this and provide additional training or change work flow processes to improve the situation.

Food took forever and the kids need to get to soccer. Unbelievable. It’s called FAST food for a reason. Get your act together McDonald’s

Awful location, I'm often the only one in the drive through and still wait 15 mins for a value meal... And today I waited 15 mins no one in line only to be given the wrong food... Hands down the worst location

I come to this McDonalds quite often, and the customer service is usually pretty decent. But today I experienced rude and unhelpful customer service from Nelson. I am an adult who counts food quantity rather than calories, so I normally order happy meals. And to save myself from getting the weird eye from other customers, I would ask the cashier not to put my happy meal into the happy meal box. The cashier I dealt with, his name is Nelson. When I first asked him, he said they just do it anyways, but I asked him again as this is a frequent request that I have, and he finally agreed to ask, which was great. While I was about to cash out, another customer came in and asked Nelson if McDonalds is still serving breakfast, and Nelson said no! I'm actually surprised by that answer, as McDonalds serves select breakfast items all day. I'm not sure if he is new, but you guys pretty much lost a sale because of him. I would suggest training your staff to be more knowledgeable, and atleast to be a bit more nice to customers. My order # is: 11n5mp5364. And to conclude, my meal still came in the happy meal box that I requested for it not to be.
