The girl at the drive through had no idea about coupons on the McDonald's app. We where ask to pull aside while she checked with someone. She came back to tell us there is no one there that could help so we couldn't use my coupon from my McDonald's app. The coupons on the app are updated weekly. Also they email them to me. Plus my order was wrong. I asked for extra pickles and onions. They didn't put anything on my QB with cheese. No ketchup, nothing.

Don't have food in stock. Happens every time. Always have to substitute something else. No napkins or tray. Food is cold. Long wait time for simple order. I'm going back to the one on Eglinton even though it's farther.

PATIO TABLES DIRTY. LINEUPS SLOW. NOW ĹARGER...IMPROVED...MORE SEATING. T.V. ACCESABLE BUT HARD STILL TO NAVIGATE ACCESSABILITY. THAT NEEDS IMPROVEMENT. TOOK OVER NEXT STORE. DOUBLE THE SIZE. FREE WIFI. MOBILE ORDERING. DELIVERY.

This location is very dirty and noisy like everyone is deaf in there. I ordered my fish fillet as usual for dinner and it was the worst Mcdonald meal ever, It was hard a chewy. Complaint and got my order refunded. While before leaving I was offered by manager if I would like to have remake fillet sandwich on house, seems so nice so I agreed. Second time was still the same but it was not worth to complaint on complementary item so I left without saying a word.

Paid 11 bucks for a combo and they wouldn’t give a single free bbq sauce? Pretty ridiculous to not even give you one for free. I’m sure next they’ll be telling you it’s a dime if you want ketchup too
