This was the worse experience I ever had into a Swiss Chalet Rotisserie restaurant. Server ignored multiple times our drink and food orders

Friendly restaurant with friendly staff, great food. Not too expensive and delicious appetizers. Parking available. Children can dune and wheelchair ♿.

Terrific place to enjoy BBQ chicken, and more. This location has been recently renovated, however the restaurant has been in that location for 40 years.

As a customer who's ordered from this location on multiple occasions.. Tried to place an order online and also through the mobile app which neither was working. I tried to contact the closest location to me and speak to the store directly to place an order for delivery only to be told by a lady who answered that they can't take the order over the phone because there busy and the app is down.. They suggested I tried a different location 1:50PM January 31st... REALLY!? seems like this location makes enough money and doesn't really care either way. smh

We ordered the Family Pack online and we picked it up here. The only food that was good was the chicken. The fresh cut fries was stuck together. The oven-baked potato was baked normally and tasted bland. The jasmine rice was made simply and also tasted bland. It just tasted like rice you would make at home. The food was very expensive and was not worth the $33. Can you please solve these problems? Thanks!
