Absolutely horrible service. Pizza took over 2 hours to arrive. No courtesy call to inform us of the delay. When I called the store. The owner offered me a free dipping sauce. When pizza arrived it was ice cold and cheese was not even melted in the middle. When I called Pizza Hut corporate office. They kept me on hold for over 20 minutes before answering. The location on 2900 Eglinton Ave East should hold a customer centric standard. Absolutely disappointed and my guests were left hungry.

Horrible horrible pizza. Same pizza from the birch mount location tastes good and tastes disgusting from here. Measly toppings, dripping in oil and doesn’t taste the same

Pizza and wings were great! Same as any other pizza hut in Ontario. Smaller location which is fine. They have a few seats. (2 little tables, 4 seats, and a little bench) It's best if your on the go and also for delivery if you live in the area. I have been to this location 3-4 time already since's its opening and every time I went the service was great. I've been wanting a Pizza Hut close to my house so this is a dream come true!

Terrible compared to the other pizza huts we order from (birchmount and beaches). Arrived late, was the greasiest pizza we’ve ever held from the bottom (our hands were dripping in oil) and the blandest and most skimpy toppings. The super supreme is usually delicious but it was horrible. Not happy.
