Pleasantly surprised to find such a great Sushi spot in Scarborough (that also for once is actually not AYCE). Price is on the mid to higher side and the menu is much smaller than your standard sushi restaurant. Really appreciated this different take on the menu and the traditional yet unique menu choices. Worth a big mention - The lobster signature roll literally left me shook. Try it!!! Don't judge a book by it's cover tho - the surrounding location is a little gutty and the restaurant is rather small, but the sushi here is top notch! Just one suggestion - please fill the hole in the wall closest to the door, whenever customers come inside the table directly in front of the wall freezes from the gust of cold air coming in!!

I like the chefs carefree ways of putting sushi together. It’s very matter of fact. Worthy mention is not only the food but the different Japanese beer this place has. We only had some items from the menu which was not bad. For the price you pay, this place is recommend. However taking a peak over at the neighbours omakase was nothing to rave about.

We had a enjoyable night. We ordered Omakase with sake pairing, amazing from start to finish. My husband only eats fully-cooked food, while I enjoy sushi. They were able to accommodate our individual preferences. Well worth the price!

Considering its reputation as a purveyor of upper crust fancy-pants Japanese/fusion cuisine, I was thoroughly impressed by their ability to deliver on said fancy-pants food, fill me up AND do it all for a reasonable price. Their ice cream offerings are unique and certainly a recommended adventure.

Went there as a family dinner. The food was presentable with great taste. The food came a bit slow but we didn't mind and the service was average. Still, go for the food.
