Worst drive through experience. Multiple times I have used the drive through and I have received either the wrong order or not all the correct ingredients. I have a dairy allergy as well as celiac disease and I am very clear when ordering even after having the order repeated back to me it is somehow still messed up!!!! Today was the final straw. Ordered a black coffee and hash brown. Opened coffee took a sip as I was driving coffee was made with cream and sugar. Needless to say i had an immediate reaction. Better care needs to be taken when preparing orders. Still waiting for manager to return my call as I was already at my destination and unable to return the coffeee!!!!!!!

Drive through was fast, but there's this odd 'zipper' setup that allows two cars to place orders side-by-side and then line up singlefile to pay and pick-up. The car to the left almost hit us because they didn't realize how it was set up. The biggest problem was that the bagel was slightly burned, and there was too much mayo so when I opened the wrapper the whole sandwich had slid around and fallen apart, requiring me to put it back together to eat it. It's McDonalds, so consistency is all that matters and this location did not meet the standard.

What kind of sick joke is this? As I was pulling out of the drive thru, I took a bite of what I thought was a bagel with cream cheese, but for a split second thought maybe I fked up and ordered a sand paper sandwich.... I personally want to interview whoever made this atrocity. What went through your mind while you were spreading what I can only imagine was the remnants of cream cheese on the knife from a previous bagel? Have you never in your life eaten a bagel before? Do you not know the disappointment of biting into a dry-ass bagel? It was too late to turn back. I went to the store and purchased a whole entire tub of cream cheese myself instead. I've attached a photo of a properly cream-cheesed bagel in hopes that whoever created this despicable bagel, will be better informed. Is it not basic human knowledge to know how much cream cheese is appropriate on a bagel?!

Eating in at this specific location is not pleasant, but they're quite good and speedy with their drive-thru especially if you've ordered in advance with the mobile app. I also like this location because the prices are a little more economical than two other locations close by.

I always order the same thing at McDonald's however they don't seem to understand plain meat bun cheese only. Not complicated . But always get condiments in it why. Then im told you should check your order before leaving... the servers should read the order correctly. Three times they had to fix it come on this is rediculous. 21. Plus dollars and still wrong why. I understand your busy but isn't it easyer to do it plain. Then they look at you like your crazy really. Or like you want something for free the owner is not compationet at all go else wear.
