I work in the mall and I get a really short break. Every time I go and I ask for WELL DONE fries I never get it well done. Last time I had to say PLEASE CAN YOU MAKE SURE MY ORDER IS FRESH” well done” she went to the back said make this order fresh not sure what else she said but when I got my order NOTHING was made fresh.. the fries was just disgusting to eat it was so cold. Honestly either train your staff properly and make sure when a customer wants it well done, give them the food the way they want it. I’m honestly going to stop going here. Waste of money and time..

staff was standing around texting and chatting when i approached the counter. cashier was totally silent and did not even say hello. several employees (?) were not in uniform and were wandering around with food or drinks in their hands. only giving 2 stars because my order was at least fresh

Ordered today double cheeseburger. Cashier asked couple time if it’s cheeseburger or double. As a result I got cheeseburger. Nice. Thanks

I wouldn't post a review about a fast food restaurant in a mall unless it was a really bad experience. Firstly, there were no ketchup provided, which was fine as I have gotten used to always asking for them. The server hands me 3 ketchup packets. I don't know about you, but 3 ketchup packets is barely enough for one order of medium fries, I had two orders of large fries on my tray. Afterwards, I bring the food to my seat to discover that no sauce was provided for my chicken nuggets. So I go back again and ask for a sweet and sour sauce. Since this is a negative review already, I will just also add that there was an unusual high amount of ice cubes in both of the drinks... Like I know the minimum wage spike was a significant jump, but wow this was a bad experience and an extremely poor method of attempting to reduce costs.

Is there anyone in charge at this location? The last few times I wanted to place an order in the evening I didn't because music was blaring from the kitchen area and the staff were more focused on yelling and laughing at each other and their visiting friends than serving customers. I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on when visiting the food court.
